Following a very busy Christmas, Hoggleys entered the New Year by introducing its latest beer – Pump Fiction 4.5% - a flavourful deep golden beer. Pump Fiction is going down very well in local pubs and is now also available in bottles.
As well as our usual Farmers Markets, i.e. Towcester, Brackley, Daventry, Olney and Oundle, we will be attending the newly re-opened farmers market on the Market Square in Northampton commencing 17th April 2008 (taking place every 3rd Thursday in the month).
We shall again be attending the Holdenby House Food Fair on the 24th/25th August 2008 which was a wonderful event last year and well worth a visit. Also you can find us at Sulgrave Manor on 28th/29th June 2008 for their Sulgrave Food Show, the first of its kind.
The 3rd Delapre Beer Festival, organised by CAMRA, is being held at Delapre Abbey from Thursday 29th May to Saturday 31st May 2008, where you will be able to find beers from all of the county’s Breweries including, of course, Hoggleys.
May is CAMRA’s ‘Mild Month’ and we shall soon be brewing our Mill Lane Mild ready for it. Look out for Hoggleys Mild in your local pub and even if you think you don’t like Mild – try it – you may be pleasantly surprised!!
