Our Beers
This page gives information about the variety of beers that we brew, reviews that we've had and where you can find our beers.

Northamptonshire Bitter (4% abv)
This beautiful, rich golden beer has intense but well rounded, refreshing bitterness. This can only be achieved with the liberal use of low alpha hops; in this case, Fuggles and Northdown.
Kislingbury Bitter (4% abv)
A complex beer with deep malty tones impeccably balanced with a moreish fresh hoppy finish. The perfect traditional English pint.
Reservoir Hogs (4.3% abv)
Full on flavour from this light copper coloured ale. Deep dryness and strong bitterness followed by a sweetening aftertaste of dark malt. A lively exciting beer with a hoppy ending.
Pump Fiction (4.5% abv)
A deep golden beer with good malty complexity, exquisitely balanced with a bright hoppy finish.
Mill Lane Mild (4% abv)
A luscious dark mild full of malt with chocolate undertones and light hopping. A step back in time to days when England was the engine room of the empire and mild was the most popular drink for the working class. - Joint Winner - Milton Keynes Beer Festival 2004/05
Solstice Stout (5% abv)
A rich full flavoured stout made with a wide range of malts, which fully demonstrate the brewer's art. Originally brewed for the frosty dark night of the midwinter solstice, it is now brewed all year round by popular demand.
= Awarded a gold star in the 2009 CAMRA Good Bottled Beer Guide as being "outstanding individual examples of real ale in a bottle - consistently good and full of character"
Reviews
Hoggleys Mill Lane Mild has received a very favourable review in CAMRA's What's Brewing Magazine by Des De Moor and has also been reviewed in Beers of the World who gave it a 'Recommended sticker' and rated it 8 out of 10, second highest points, beaten only by Sarah Hughes Dark Ruby Mild - an honour indeed.
Hoggleys' Solstice Stout 5% has just received a very good review by Des de Moor in CAMRA's What's Brewing BEER Magazine - Spring 2010 edition and is subsequently part of a 'Virtual Beer Festival' on 20th February 2010 organised by AlesByMail.com where all the beers mentioned in the review can be purchased online.
